Lemony cards are virtual credit cards designed for business spending. Each card is linked to a specific sub-wallet and draws from that sub-wallet's balance. You can create as many cards as you need, with individual limits and controls for each one.

Where can Lemony cards be used?

Lemony cards work wherever virtual credit cards are accepted. This covers the vast majority of online business expenses.

Cards are accepted on major advertising platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks — which is essential for media buyers and agencies running campaigns at scale. They also work for software subscriptions, SaaS tools, cloud services, and any other recurring digital payments your business depends on.

For day-to-day operations, you can use Lemony cards to pay for business services, contractor payments, digital products, and operational expenses. If you run an agency, you can give each team member their own card tied to a specific budget.

How many cards can I create?

There is no artificial limit on the number of cards you can create. You can make as many as your operations require.

Each card is linked to one sub-wallet. Since you can create unlimited sub-wallets, and each sub-wallet can have multiple cards, your capacity to create cards is effectively unlimited.

Common setups include:

- One card per client, each with its own budget

- One card per ad platform, dedicated to campaign spend

- One card per team member for operational expenses

- One card per recurring subscription or tool

- Multiple cards linked to the same sub-wallet for team access

"You never have to choose which card to use for which expense — each card already has the right budget and the right purpose."

Can I control spending on each card?

Yes. Each card has its own spending controls that you configure when you create it.

You can set a maximum spending limit per transaction, per day, or per month. This means a card assigned to a junior team member can have a lower limit than a card used by a senior buyer. You can also pause or cancel any card at any time without affecting the others.

Because each card draws from a specific sub-wallet, the available balance is also a natural limit. A card linked to a sub-wallet with USD 5,000 cannot spend more than that, no matter what limit you set on the card itself. This gives you two layers of control — the sub-wallet balance and the card-level limits.

What about cashback?

Every time you spend using a Lemony card, you earn cashback on the purchase. The cashback is credited back to your account, giving you additional value on the money you were already planning to spend.

This is particularly valuable for businesses with high ad spend or frequent operational payments. Instead of cashback going to a separate rewards program, it comes back to you as usable funds in your account.

How is this different from a traditional corporate card?

Traditional corporate cards are often limited in quantity, require approval for each new card, and come with fixed spending limits that are hard to adjust. They also typically require a long setup process and are tied to a single bank account.
