About Claudio Germano

Claudio Germano studied International Relations, started his career as a front-end developer on crypto projects, and later founded a web development agency that grew into GhostWeb Digital — a marketing agency for Brazilian service professionals in the United States. Today he leads GhostWeb Digital alongside the Lemony team.

His path from developer to agency owner to fintech product leader gives him a rare perspective: he has written the code, managed the clients, paid the payroll, and felt the friction of operating across borders firsthand. Every product decision at Lemony is filtered through that real-world experience.

Claudio's focus is on making sure Lemony solves actual operational problems — not theoretical ones. His International Relations background taught him to navigate complexity across cultures and systems. His front-end roots remind him that none of it matters if the experience is not simple.
